PocketExport user manual
PocketExport is a outlook add in which help you manage your windows mobile phone's sms text messages from outlook.Once installed,PocketExport will automatically sync all your sms text messages and call logs into outlook folders.
Install PocketExport
Download the latest version of PocketExport from our web site,and then run PocketExport2.msi from your PC,PocketExport will be installed on your computer.
Run the PocketExport
You don't need to start PocketExport manually,after install,restart outlook,you will see a sms toolbar been created in outlook, if it doesn't show at the first time,try restart your PC and see.
Notice that at the first time running,PocketExport will copy a small program named "PEClient.exe",you need to pay attention to your device's screen,usually it will ask your permission to run this client program,click "Yes" to let this program run.
Send SMS from outlook
Click "New SMS" button on the sms toolbar,a sms editor will popup:
By click "To" button,you can choose receiver from the list:
The contact list is a combination of contact from both your sim card and phone's memory.you can also enter the sms number manually.
Once the sms text message is finished,just click "Send",the sms will be sent out through your Phone.
Setup a scheduled sms
Sometime you need to send a timed sms at a specified time in the future,for example,if you want to remind your mom take pill after lunch,you may want to send her a sms at 12:00,it's just easy with PocketExport,when you compose your sms,check the "Send at time" in the bottom of the dialog,then you can set the send time,and then click "Send",the sms will save to your device and once the time is coming,PocketExport will automatically send the sms,notice that you don't need to keep your phone connected with PC,once your timed sms is saved to your device,you can disconnect it from your PC.If latter on you want to delete the scheduled sms,just click "SMS list",and then choose the sms from the list to delete.
Sync Sms and call log to Outlook
PocketExport will automatically sync the call log and sms to outlook once your windows mobile phone is connected to the PC
PocketExport will create one folder under Personal folder of outlook:

"Windows Mobile SMS" is the Outlook folder used to save your short sms messages,Call log are hold in your journal.
Get windows mobile device information
Click "Tools" on the toolbar,a dialog will pop up that shows detailed information about your wm device
Save the sms and call log to a file

There are two buttons on the mobitnt outlook add in toolbar: "Export Call log" and "Export SMS":"Export Call log" can export all your call log to csv file or xml file based on your selection,and "Export SMS" will help your backup your sms to csv file or xml file.
Backup sim card contact
Click "Sync Sim" on the outlook toolbar,the contact in your sim card will be backuped to outlook,duplicated items will be automatically removed
Remove duplicate
It is possible that there are so many duplicated sms/call log items in your outlook folder,by click "Remove duplicate" button,the PocketExport will automatically removed these duplicated items
